When I started this show, I did not realize how much healing I still needed. I thought I left the 8-year-old version of me back in the past. I thought I finished grieving the loss of my mother. But it turns out that through over 140 conversations, I've healed parts I did not know needed healing. I like to think that younger Matt walks by my side now. So I can grow WITH him and not FROM him. Thank you to all of my guests who have helped make this show so impactful for me.
The Life Shift has been an unexpectedly healing process.
