What if that pivotal moment was just the beginning?

How I Stopped Letting My Podcast Run My Life

I host a podcast. 300+ episodes, now twice a week, since 2022.

No real team.

A few years ago, recording was 20% of the job. The fun part. The other 80% was show notes, social posts, scheduling, guest follow-up, newsletters, pitches. All done by hand, every week.

I wasn't building a business. I was just trying to keep the show alive. And myself.

So I built a system. For me. Because I'd run out of time and needed to figure something out.

What I ended up with takes one transcript and turns it into a full content package in my voice. It stages release day weeks ahead. It handles my guest pages, my newsletter, my numbers, etc. All of it.

I got my weekends back.

That system is now a course. Built based on the one running my actual show every single week.

If you're a solo podcaster and production is taking over your life, I built this for you.
