Healing is rarely linear. Heidi reminded me of that. Her journey has been full of setbacks, grief, and moments of feeling stuck. But what carried her forward was not perfection or quick fixes. It was acceptance. A willingness to believe she could heal and to treat herself with compassion when it was hard.

That kind of honesty and presence is something I think we can all learn from.
