I found this clip in an upcoming episode of The Life Shift, and I thought it was important to share. For many, many years, I used my mom's death as a crutch, and I played the victim. It served me well and protected me for far too long. But at some point, I had to stop and reflect on the journey and take responsibility for my actions. I'm proud of who I am because of all I've gone through. And I'm proud of The Life Shift.
Are you grateful for the hard times?
