Ryan Roberts

Ryan Roberts is a writer, network engineer, and father of four living near Chicago. After losing his wife in 2004, he spent nearly two decades navigating grief and addiction before finding sobriety, which he has now held since February 16, 2018. He writes about grief, recovery, and hope under the name Digital Diatribe, and is the author of the memoir Fragmented: The Crossroads of Trauma, Addiction and Recovery. His mission is to help people find recovery, hopefully sooner than he did, and to meet them wherever they are on their journey.
