Despite losing his sight while in college, Chad built a successful career in technology, directing financial strategies that resulted in more than $45 billion in contracts. He teaches the overcomer mindset, empowering people to emerge from setbacks stronger and more resolute. Chad lives with his wife and two children in Atlanta, GA, and enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and downhill skiing.
